I’m a working artist, an educator, a social justice organizer and a single mother of two young children. We live in the small town where I grew-up, in rural Aitkin County, Minnesota.

Naia is also the name of my everyday art and design studio. I try to make something every day and I share what I make through my online shop and at local pop-ups.

In addition to unique artist-designed products — made with love from natural and repurposed materials — I also offer accessible art and nature education workshops for local families, small groups, and larger community gatherings.

Making things, spending time outside, and teaching creative skills to people are all passions of mine.
